How does the process work?

Step 1:
Order your periodic Home Sleep Test (HST).

Step 2:
A friendly technician will visit your home in the evening—at a time that works for you—to set everything up. You’re free to disconnect the device and reconnect it later, right before you go to sleep.

Step 3:
We’ll pick up the HST device the very next day—no need to drop it off.

Step 4:
Your results will be ready within 1–3 working days.
